RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your Di Ajee order, you have the option to return the products within 15 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. Once we receive the return, we will process it promptly for a refund, deducting the original shipping charges. Please be aware that it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Kindly note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must retain their tags and be in the original product packaging, including accessories like detachable straps and bags.
Returned items should show no visible signs of wear or use.

Regrettably, we are not able to provide exchanges at this moment.

Kindly remember to start a return or reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund. Requests made after this time frame will not be accepted.
LOST PACKAGE?
If you think your Di Ajee order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@di-ajee.com. Make sure to provide your full name, order number, and the email address used for the order. Kindly allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for a reply.
